The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) will be accepting applications for its Mainstream voucher and Housing Choice Voucher lottery on February 8, 2023 from 8:30a.m. until 4:30p.m. Late applications will not be accepted. In order to qualify for a Mainstream voucher, the household must have someone in the household between the ages of 18 and 61 years of age with a documented disability and be under 50% of the Area Median Income limit for Boulder County. BCHA will prioritize assistance to households who are one or more of the following: • Seniors (age 62+), • Individuals with disabilities, • Households with children. If you are an individual with a disability and require assistance to fully participate in the application process, please call 303/441-3929 at least 48 hours prior to February 8th or use Relay Colorado at 1/800-659-2656.
