A pre-application is not submitted until an applicant has either, created an account or signed into www.waitlistcheck.com.  Your application is not complete until you have pushed the submit button. Once a pre-application is submitted, a Confirmation Receipt will be available for printing. Please print or save or take a picture of your confirmation. Submittal of a pre-application does not guarantee placement on the Waiting List. Someone else may apply for you if you need help using a computer.  Assistance is based on income verification, eligibility requirements, Roseville Housing Authority preference categories, and selection in the lottery.
