The Housing Authority of the City of Baldwin Park (HACBP) will open its Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Waiting List for online pre-applications beginning at 8:00 AM PST on Monday, December 29, 2025. The waiting list will close promptly at 5:00 PM PST on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
