The Vacaville Housing Authority (SCHA) is excited to announce that on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 9 AM, opened the following Project-Based Voucher waiting list:

Pony Express Senior Apartments – One (1) 1- bedroom unit located at 2105 Mourning Dove Drive, Dixon, CA 95620. Only one vacancy exists at this time, all other selected pre-applications will be placed on the waiting list for future vacancies.

THIS IS NOT FOR THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER WAITING LIST

Pre-Applications will be accepted online beginning Tuesday, May 5, 2026. Pre-Applications will be accepted online until an adequate number of pre-applications are received. The waiting list will remain open until the VHA announces its closing on the VHA website. The VHA will place 150 pre-applications on the waiting list which will be selected by bedroom size, date and time and placed by priority.

 *Income limits are current and subject to change. 

Only one application per family will be accepted per waiting list.  Applications that are incomplete, duplicate or do not meet the occupancy requirements will be rejected.  SCHA will accept pre-applications in person, electronically, by fax or by mail as a reasonable accommodation.
