The Solano County Housing Authority (SCHA) is excited to announce that on Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 8:30 AM, it will be opening the Project-Based Voucher waiting list and accepting pre-applications for Silvey Villas at Homestead Apartments two (2) 2- bedroom units located at 2105 Mourning Dove Drive, Dixon, CA 95620. Only one vacancy exists at this time, all other applications will be placed on the waiting list for future vacancies. Units are age-restricted to 55+ years. THIS IS NOT FOR THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER WAITING LIST. Pre-Applications will be accepted online until an adequate number are received. The waiting list will remain open until the SCHA announces its closing on the SCHA website. The SCHA will place 50 pre-applications on the waiting list which will be selected by bedroom size, preference, date and time and placed by priority.
