NOTICE OF TEMPORARY WAITLIST SUSPENSION
Notice is hereby given that the affordable housing waiting lists for Silverleaf I & II, Orchard Place, and Century III will be temporarily closed to applicants beginning September 10th at 11:59 PM and continuing through October 19th.
Reason for Suspension:
These properties are undergoing a scheduled upgrade of the property management software system.
For the duration of this five-week transition, the application portal will be offline.
Staff will be unable to accept, date-stamp, or process applications of any kind.
Effects on Applicants:
Applicants currently on the waiting list: Your position on the waitlist, along with your original application date and time stamp, will not be affected.
All applicant records are being securely archived and will transfer to the new system without interruption.
Future Applicants: No new applications (online, in-person, or by mail) will be accepted or held for later processing during the suspension period.
Resumption of Application Intake:
The waiting list will reopen, and the acceptance of new applications will resume on October 19th at 8:00 AM.
