Interested applicants must apply online at https://www.waitlistcheck.com/CT2726 . Only one pre-application per family will be accepted; if duplicate pre-applications are submitted for one household; duplicate pre-applications will be disqualified. After you have successfully applied, you should save the confirmation of pre-application which appears on the last page of the process as confirmation of your submission.

2 Bedroom - $63,144 - $64,620
3 Bedroom- $71,856
Maximum Income Limits*:
2 Person Household - $72,200
3 Person Household - $81,225
4 Person Household - $90,250
5 Person Household - $97,470
6 Person Household - $104,690
*Rents and Income limits are based on the Stamford Area Median Income published by the Department of Housing and Urban Development and are subject to change. Placement on the waiting list does not indicate that the applicant is eligible for assistance. A final determination of eligibility will be made when the applicant is selected from the waiting list.
Section 8 & RAP Voucher holders are welcome to apply.
