Welcome to the Waterloo Housing Authority's Ridgeway Towers online application system. 

Ridgeway Towers Apartments are located at 225 W. Ridgeway Avenue. This building is designated for those 62 and older, although individuals over the age of 55 may be eligible, depending upon the current waiting list. 

Ridgeway Towers has 48 1-bedroom apartments and 2 2-bedroom apartments. The 2-bedroom apartments must be rented to 2 adults.
