Applications must be complete or will not be accepted. Residency preferences are based on the documentation submitted within five days of the submission of this application.
You must submit your three proof of residence which could include the following using assistance connect after your application has been approved:
- copy of drivers license or state identification
- copy of lease
- copy of pay stubs
- proof children are registered in school
- copy of utility bill (no cell phone)
- copy of voter registration card
- copy of car registration
- copy of proof of auto insurance
You will receive notice that your application has been processed and the approximate waiting period. You may check the status of your application by logging into assistance check. You may also communicate with the housing authority, send the required proof of residency and any other documents.
