The online application portal will be available 24 hours a day while there are open waiting lists. After you have successfully applied, you should print the confirmation of application that appears on the last page of the process. You may also receive a confirmation via email if an email address is provided. If you do not have an email account, you will have the opportunity to create one while completing the application.

accepted beginning Monday, October 19th, 2026 at 8:30am. Applicants or a household member must be a
Veteran in order to qualify.
