The online application portal will be available 24 hours a day while there are open waiting lists. After you have successfully applied, you should print the confirmation of application that appears on the last page of the process. You may also receive a confirmation via email if an email address is provided. If you do not have an email account, you will have the opportunity to create one while completing the application.

- 3 Bedroom Douglas Park Place Project Based Voucher closing on October 31st, 2025 at 4:00pm
- 3 Bedroom Lynden Lane Tax Credit waiting list closing on October 31st, 2025 at 4:00pm
- 2 Bedroom Voss Brothers Lofts Market Rate waiting list closing on October 31st, 2025 at 4:00pm

- 3 Bedroom Sala Flats Project Based Voucher waiting list will be opening on November 3rd, 2025 at 8:00am and will be closing on November 17th, 2025 at 4:00pm

Effective immediately, Rock Island Housing Authority (RIHA) and its non-profit partner Community Home Partners (CHP) are providing notice that we will be accepting housing applications to meet the urgent needs of the individuals and families affected by disaster displacement in Rock Island County, Illinois and Scott County, Iowa. Disastrous displacement individuals and families are defined as those who were displaced due to a traumatic event such as a natural disaster (tornado, hurricane, fire, flood, earthquake, etc.) and/or building disaster (infrastructure failure, structural damage, health hazard conditions, etc.).
