There are no open waiting lists at this time. Selection for the 2025 HCV waitlist has been completed. Status information on applications is available only at www.waitlistcheck.com. Status information will not be given over the phone or through email. Do not contact the housing authority to ask the status of your application. If your status says INACTIVE, your application was not selected in the lottery for the waitlist. You will need to reapply when the waiting list reopens. If your status says ACTIVE, your application was selected by the computer in the lottery. If your status says HOLD, we will send you an information packet within the next 2 months or we are waiting for you to return requested documents. Please do not call the office regarding where you are on the waiting list. No numbers will be given. Selection is based on preference and lottery. Notification to active applications will be by mail when funds are available. It is the applicant's responsibility to inform the housing authority in writing when contact information changes.
