The waiting list for Hopkins HRA's Public Housing program (Dow Towers, one-bedroom apartments) will open August 10, 2026, at 12:01 AM and close August 12, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Applications received during this window will be entered into a lottery for placement on the waiting list. There is no pre-registration. Applications are only accepted during this announced window. Please be cautious of anyone (online or in person) offering to help you apply for a fee or claiming they can get you placed faster on the waiting list.
