DOVER HOUSING AUTHORITY – ONLINE HOUSING APPLICATION

ATTENTION: PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

This application is for housing programs offered by the Dover Housing Authority in Dover, New Hampshire. There is no fee to apply.

  • Apply using a computer, smartphone, tablet, or laptop.

  • Only one application per household will be accepted.

  • You must provide a valid email address or phone number to set up your account via WaitListCheck.

  • Google Translate is available to assist non-English speakers.

🏘️ Housing Programs Offered:

  • Senior/Disabled Public Housing: 6 communities, totaling 274 apartments, throughout Dover.

  • Whittier Falls Family Housing: 184 unis, 1br-4br, subsidized by the LIHTC and PBV programs

  • Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8): Rent assistance for private housing (waiting list currently closed)

  • Addison Place Family Housing: 45 units, 2br-3br, subsidized through the LIHTC program and accepts vouchers

Please be ready to provide for all household members:

  • Name and date of birth

  • Social Security number

  • Student status

  • Other required demographic information

  • You will receive an email receipt confirming your submission.

  • If you do not receive a receipt, your application was not submitted.

  • All applications are placed on the waiting lists based on date and time submitted
