This application will only be accepted online. Submission of this application does not guarantee placement on any waitlist or determine eligibility. Only one application per family. Duplicates will not be processed.
Applications can be submitted online with the use of a personal computer, laptop, smart phone or tablet. There is no fee to apply.
You will be required to provide an email address or telephone number to set up your account for submission via the WaitListCheck. Google and Yahoo provide free email addresses if needed. (DHA does not endorse internet provider)

All applications are placed on the waitlist in the order they are submitted. Time and date are used to establish your place on the waitlist with the exception of our Elderly/Disabled housing lists which have a Dover preference.
While completing the application you will need to provide the following for all household members: Birth dates, Social Security numbers, Student Status and other personal information.
You will receive a receipt in your email confirming your application has been submitted. Please keep this receipt for your records.

The Dover Housing Authority cannot provide wait times. We can only confirm if your application is active. Please allow up to 60 days for processing.
We are accepting applications for the following programs...
WHITTIER FALLS HOUSING: You must qualify as a family as defined by HUD and the housing authority and must qualify within the income guidelines. A family of one may not apply for a two-bedroom unit without a reasonable accommodation. Your application will be rejected. One-bedroom units are not available. If you are currently pregnant you would be considered a family of two.
