Applications will be placed on the waiting list based on the date and time of the application and other information in accordance with WMHA policy. When your name reaches the top of the waiting list, you will be contacted for an eligibility interview and all the information stated on the application will be verified at that time.
Applicants are responsible for any change of information. Once the application is accepted, all changes must be submitted in writing to the WMHA administrative office located at 990 East Ridge Drive, Lebanon, Ohio 45036.

1 Person - $36,700
2 Person - $41,950
3 Person - $47,200
4 Person - $52,400
5 Person - $56,600
6 Person - $60,800
7 Person - $65,000

Preliminary applications will be accepted online for the Public Housing waiting list at this time.
Information needed to complete the application:
1. Legal name for all household members
2. Social security numbers for all household members
3. Birth date for all household members
4. Income information for all household members
