1. Appropriate bedroom size and
2. Income
This complex has a Bucks County Local Residency Preference; therefore, Bucks County residents will be housed before out-of-county residents.
The application is complete only after an "Application Receipt" appears on the screen explaining the required paperwork along with the application information.
