Notice to All Applicants for Housing
This information applies to both applicants of Public Housing and Section 8:
Information You Will Need Before Applying:
Names of all household members, Social Security Numbers, Birth Dates, and income information for all household members.
How to Apply:
You MUST have an email address to complete this preliminary application. This preliminary application must be submitted electronically using this system to create a receipt of application. When You Will be Contacted:
Applicants are selected based on date/time of application. Preference is given to County residents and Veterans. Veteran’s preference may only be used once.
FOR PUBLIC HOUSING:
You may select NO MORE THAN 3 DEVELOPMENTS where you will accept the offer of a unit. If you select more than 3 developments the Agency may be forced to select 3 for you with the information you provide. When your name is reached in a development by date and time of application, you will be notified by mail.
You will need to provide documents to verify family information, income, previous landlords. Landlord and criminal checks will be completed

The Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) is currently CLOSED.
A date has not been determined when the list will reopen, please check back periodically for information.
