Elderly and Near Elderly Studio Apartments
Effective Sunday, August 1, 2021 at 12:01AM the Providence Housing Authority will be opening its public housing waitlist list for studios (zero-bedroom units) for elderly and near elderly applicants ages 58 and older only.
Studio apartments are for single person households only. Any applicants from households with more than one person or from households with a person younger than 58 years old will not be accepted.
