This is a site specific 3 bedroom waiting list for the Sandy Oaks & Parkcrest rental units located in Nacogdoches, TX.
Only those family sizes that may be eligible for a 3 bedroom under our occupancy standards will be placed on this list. Rent will be based on the family's income. The income at admission must be at or below 50% of the median income for the family's size for Nacogdoches County Texas.
There are no fees associated with applying to the list and any websites requesting a fee in order to apply are not legitimate and not related to the Housing Authority.
