Thank you for your interest in Housing Authority’s housing programs.  We maintain waiting lists for our housing programs according to Federal housing laws. Our online pre-application is an easy, step-by-step way to get your name on our waiting lists.

You must complete the entire application for the application to be valid.

Before you begin the application, you must have the names, dates of birth, and Social Security Numbers available for all household members.  All household members MUST be listed on the pre-application. You should also know the amount of income, assets, and expenses for each household member. Applicants are required to contact the Housing Authority, within ten days, if there is any change to your contact information such as mailing address, cell phone number or email address. Income and family member changes must be reported within ten days, to ensure proper waiting list placement. Failure to do will result in removal from the waitlist, in accordance with our waitlist policy. Our inability to contact you will result in your removal from the waitlist.

Important: To move from one step of the application to another, you must use only the buttons at the bottom of the application. (The Begin button is below.
