You are about to enter your
application to be placed on the Housing Authority of the City of Ogden’s (HACO)
waiting list.
You are required create a
username and password. You will need your username and password to login to
submit a housing application. You will need to submit a separate application
for each housing program you wish to apply for as listed below:
The following waiting lists will be closed to new
applicants as of June 23, 2025 and will not open until further notice.
- MAINSTREAM VOUCHER – NON-ELDERLY DISABLED
- EVERGREEN APARTMENTS
- MONROE APARTMENTS
- REVELLE APARTMENTS
The programs listed below are open for application.
AVAILABLE
HOUSING PROGRAMS:
- HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM (SECTION 8
VOUCHER)
- PUBLIC HOUSING – Subsidized Units
owned by HACO within Ogden City. Rent is based on 30% of your income.
- LOMOND VIEW RETIREMENT APARTMENTS – (9
- Subsidized Units for Elderly, 62 and older). Owner has own screening
process.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- *IMPORTANT* Any changes to
your mailing address MUST be submitted in writing to
our office. Any correspondence from this agency will be mailed to the address
you list on your application unless you have informed the agency in writing of
the change.
- Please provide good phone numbers and email
addresses to allow alternate contact.
- There are no fees to apply.
- Private landlords/owners have their own
screening criteria for criminal background and landlord references.
- All programs have a wait list. You are placed on
the wait list by date, time, and any preferences you qualify for on your
application.
Submitting an application does not guarantee housing as
all applicants are subject to eligibility criteria. The HACO must
determine that the current or past behavior of household members does not
include activities that are prohibited by HUD or the HACO policy. HACO does
check for criminal history and sex offender list to include any prior debt owed
to HACO or other federal housing programs
HACO does not provide emergency housing. Please call 211 for
assistance.
If the agency contacts you by mail and you do not respond
timely, your application will be withdrawn.
You MUST save your Login ID and Password!!
You will need them to check the status of your application.
