Program Information:
Evergreen Vista Apartments (Project-Based, Two and Three-bedrooms)
This Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waitlist is opening for one, two, and three-bedroom units only. Project-Based assistance is tied to a specific apartment unit rather than to the household. Applicants selected from this waitlist who are determined eligible will receive rental assistance at a designated unit within the Evergreen Vista Apartments in Olympia, Washington.
After residing in the assisted unit for at least one year and remaining in good standing with program requirements, participants may become eligible to request a transfer to a tenant-based Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), if vouchers and funding are available at that time. A tenant-based voucher may allow the family to move to another eligible rental unit of their choice.
If you are selected, you will be placed on the waitlist for the bedroom size that matches your household. You may choose a bedroom size when you apply, but HATC will determine the correct bedroom size based on the number of people in your household. If needed, your application may be moved to a different bedroom-size waitlist. To learn more, please review Determining Family Unit Size.
