Our office is located at 1100 W. 20th Avenue, Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
The Oshkosh/Winnebago County Housing Authority (HA) offers affordable, income-based rental housing for eligible families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities throughout Winnebago County in Northeast Wisconsin. Rent and utilities are typically set at approximately 30% of household income, and all housing units are smoke-free.
✅ No fees are required to apply to any waiting list.
How to Apply
- You only need to register once. Duplicate applications will be rejected.
- Be prepared to provide details for all household members, including:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Social Security number
- Income sources and amounts

- Wait times vary depending on the housing site/program, preferences, funding, and unit availability.
- When your name approaches the top of a waiting list, you will receive a letter by mail inviting you to an intake interview for your final application.
