After the lottery is complete, your status will either indicate ACTIVE or INACTIVE.
Active: Randomly selected in the lottery and you are on the waiting list for Section 8 HCV at the Metro HRA
Inactive: Not randomly selected in the lottery and you are NOT on the waiting list for Section 8 HCV at the Metro HRA.
