close on May 5, 2026, at 4:30 pm (PST)

After this time, applications will no longer be
accepted through this system
·
A new application process will be available after
the transition is complete.
What You Need to Know

If you already submitted an application, your
information will be retained and transferred securely to the new system
·
No action is required from current applicants at
this time
·
New applications will be temporarily unavailable
during the transition period.
When
Will Applications Reopen?
We will post updates on HAJC.net as soon as the new
application portal is live.
