Applications are sorted by preference category then date and time of application.
Changes of address and other information must be reported in writing. If we cannot contact you by mail, your name will be removed from the waiting list. You can submit address and other changes in any of the following 3 ways:
1. MAIL changes to: ICHA, 410 E. Washington St., Iowa City, IA 52240
2. EMAIL changes to: email@example.com.
3. VIA 'ASSISTANCE CONNECT' (a secure online portal): to request instructions to set up an Assistance Connect account, email the Housing Authority at firstname.lastname@example.org.
